About Jamie

Jamie Manser, MFT, is a Puerto Rican- American Family Therapist living in Philadelphia. Jamie has been working with families for over ten years in many different capacities. Jamie is a relational and systemic therapist that believes people heal in relation to one another and the systems in which they are a part of. She utilizes a trauma-informed approach and values human connection. Jamie has extensive training in Attachment/Emotion Focused and Ecosystemic Family Therapy and has a number of years practicing her skills, after receiving her Masters of Family Therapy from Drexel University.

Jamie specializes in working with individuals, couples, and families that are seeking to create long term change. She is passionate about serving those who are seeking to explore themselves and their relationships. Jamie has experience working with all demographics, and those struggling with challenges such as personal/intergenerational trauma, couples/intimacy issues, relationship conflict, adoption/fostering, emotional regulation, depression, anxiety, neurodivergent challenges, identity challenges and LGBTQIA+ issues.

 

Jamie is passionate about supporting clients and uses an approach that is highly collaborative and seeks to create a space that allows clients to feel fully seen.
