Refusing to settle for less than she deserved, Sara eventually discovered her purpose: to help others heal, grow, and uncover their sense of worth and direction.

Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist
Sara provides trauma-informed, culturally responsive therapy for individuals, couples, and families in Philadelphia and the Greater Philadelphia area, offering both in-person and secure virtual sessions. Sara integrates evidence-based strategies and current research to create meaningful and sustainable change in her clients’ lives. She maintains weekly supervision with Arika Moody, LMFT as she works towards full licensure.
